INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION

All my life I have been interested in health, plants, and how to heal the human body naturally.

Staci Rieder is a spirited personal chef, herbalist and natural consultant who has been creatively preparing delicious, organic, and  allergy free food for families for over 20 years. She has studied and practiced health and nutrition most of her adult life and has a very eclectic array of knowledge. She is certified in macrobiotic counseling and herbal studies, is a doula, and has studied biochemical and nutritional approaches to mental health and addiction recovery.

Allergy-Free Eating Made Easy

A 6 session program to learn how to eat well and love what you eat. Understand what to eat that best supports your body, with a step-by-step process, concluding with a hands-on cooking lesson in your kitchen!

Healthy Eating for Addiction

A 6 session program to learn how to nourish your body while you are recovering from addiction and the toll it takes on the brain and body. Learn to listen to what the body needs, to feed both the brain and body, concluding with a cooking lesson in your kitchen!

Prenatal, Birth, and Postpartum Nutrition

A 6 Session program for mothering the mama during the entire birth journey. Learn to listen to what your body needs and feed and nurture and care for yourself, so you can have the nourishment to give to your baby. This program concludes with a cooking demo and meal prepared for the parents-to-be!

Join local Herbalist Staci Rieder to find medicinal plants in the Preserve during this insightful herbal walk and talk. As you connect with nature, Staci will share the healing properties of some wild herbs and introduce participants to medicinal plants, often called weeds, commonly found in our Atlanta yards. This Personal Chef and Integrative Nutrition and Intuitive Health Coach uses these plants in her beautiful creative cooking and to make herbal medicines and healing skin care products.
