Food Allergies and Sensativities
Have you just learned that you are allergic or sensitive to certain foods you enjoy or foods you do not feel a reaction to?
Staci will work with you to learn to easily choose, plan prepare and enjoy delicious meals again, while eliminating the foods that create inflammation in your body. Your sessions may include a walk through in your kitchen showing you what to eliminate and how to read labels, a grocery store tour, learning what to avoid and which new foods to nourish your body. You will work together to come up with meals that will support your system without inflaming you, and spend time cooking together, so that you experience first-hand how easy it can be to create beautiful and delicious meals.
