Nutrition for Addiction Recovery
With Staci’s experience working in an alcohol recovery program, she will meet you where you are in your recovery and nutrition process to help you heal and nourish your body.
You will share and discuss your diet, find new ways and new foods to easily bring nutrients to your body. Your sessions will be uplifting and nurturing. You will work together to support your brain chemistry through nutrition and amino acids, and learn to balance your blood sugar. You will practice mindfulness to ease anxiety and become more present. You will learn to move your body and be in nature, and may take an herb walk, if you are interested, to learn plants to support specific needs for your healing process. Ultimately, you will learn to healthfully cook for yourself, while freeing yourself of addictions and take charge of your own health.
